SUMMARY OF SEMINAR EVENTS
DAY ONE
Day one (May 18) will include the opportunity for you to set up individual winery appointments and a Welcome Reception at Rooster Hill Vineyards to welcome everyone to the region. The reception will feature Rooster Hill Vineyards' brick oven pizzas and Finger Lakes wines.
DAY TWO
Day two (May 19) will kick off with Keynote Speaker Thomas Pastuszak, Wine Director of The NoMad, NYC presenting an educational PowerPoint about the region which will include a flight tasting of the stand out varieties of the Finger Lakes. The flight tasting will be accompanied by the respective wines' winemaker. Following the presentation our guests will be taken to a number of site visits on both Seneca Lake and Cayuga Lake. The site visits will feature winemakers and winery representatives discussing viticulture, oenology, tours in vineyards, and wine cellar tours. Day 2 will conclude with a Grand Tasting featuring 19 Finger Lakes wineries.

Day three will feature site visits to Keuka Lake featuring winemakers and winery representatives discussing viticulture, oenology, tours in vineyards, and wine cellar tours. The day and seminar will conclude mid afternoon.
